Vertex Legal B.V. (“VL”) is bound by the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (“GDPR”) for the processing of personal data of data subjects. VL concludes a processor agreement with processors of VL in accordance with GDPR requirements.

 

VL has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect the personal data of data subjects against unauthorized or unlawful processing, as well as against loss, destruction, damage, modification or disclosure.

 

VL does not store personal data longer than is necessary for the Purposes or is required by law and regulations.

 

Data subjects have various rights with regard to their personal data.
