De HR bouwt voort op HR 4 november 2016 (allocatiefunctie). Daarnaast beoordeelt hij opvolgend werkgeverschap na een geëindigde uitzendovereenkomst.

Key point: Art. 7:690 BW vereist geen allocatiefunctie; ook bij formeel geëindigde uitzending kan opvolgend werkgeverschap spelen.
