Vervolg op HR 18 juli 2025 (Profoto). Na cassatie en verwijzing oordeelt het hof dat de kantonrechter de arbeidsovereenkomst terecht heeft ontbonden op de e-grond. Een nieuw verzoek om een billijke vergoeding stuit af op de tweeconclusieregel.

Key point: Na verwijzing blijft de ontbinding op de e-grond in stand.
