Bij een collectieve wijziging van de pensioenregeling zonder eenzijdig wijzigingsbeding geldt de Stoof/Mammoet-maatstaf (art. 7:611 BW), ongeacht of het voorstel individueel of collectief van aard is. Het hof had een te strenge maatstaf gehanteerd.
